How It Works
Mefiklear-P combines two effective pain-relieving agents:
- Mefenamic Acid reduces inflammation and pain by blocking prostaglandins
- Paracetamol lowers fever and relieves pain by acting on the brain’s heat-regulating center
This combination provides fast and effective relief from pain and fever.

Usually given based on child’s age and body weight.
