How It Works
Pantaklear-DSR combines two effective medicines:
- Pantoprazole reduces stomach acid production by inhibiting the proton pump
- Domperidone (SR) improves gastrointestinal motility and helps relieve nausea
The sustained-release formulation provides long-lasting relief from acidity, reflux, and digestive discomfort.
Dosage
